If you have an online meeting or depostion, you can joing the meeting by clicking on the icon below.

How do I get a login for the Casamo online document management site?
Please call the office and speak to one of our customer service representatives. We will sent arrange for you to gain access to your transcripts and videos.
If my account is past due, can I still access my transcripts and videos?
Yes, you will be offered an opportunity to bring your account current when you try to view a transcript. You may make a payment online with PayPal. Once you have made the payment, You will have instant access to the accounts.
How do I arrange an online deposition or meeting?
Please call Casamo in advance or schedule your meeting online. Specifiy that you would like to use the online audiovisual tool. You will be asked to provide email addresses and phone numbers for all participants. Specify the nature of the meeting. If it relates to a criminal case, the security requirements are unique. We need to know this in advance.
Do I have to have a camera on my computer to participate in the online audiovisual conference?
No. If you don't have a camera, you will only be able to hear and see other participants. If a participant has no camera, they will not be seen, only heard.
Can you edit out inadmissible testimony or audio when you use the Audiovisual deposition tool?
Yes, if both parties agree it is not admissible.
Can I ad my exhibts to the audiovisual file during the time testimony is taken?
Yes. any file on your computer can be added to the audiovisual file. If you display and annotate data on your computer screen, or pass the control to another participant and they display and annotate an exhibit, it will be included in the audio visual file. It can also be edited later if needed.
